Reasonable weight pockets for use on a wing harness. They have no provision for also attaching to the plate though there are some looping at the sides where you could do that if you don't want a tri-glide to position it.

This product was a huge help to me. Just back from 2 weeks in the Caymans and could dive my wing without a separate weight belt. Very nice.
