Regulator Function Tester Module     Combine with Test Stand for complete setp The precision instrumentation of this compact testing apparatus can ascertain a scuba regulator’s intermediate pressure, lockup and staging integrity, plus the inhalation / exhalation resistances of its second stage. No disassembly of the regulator is required during testing: the condition of the first stage can be determined by attaching the unit’s BC hose to test the Module and the second breathing parameters are taken through a simple, rubber mouthpiece probe. This apparatus has a unique “data lock system” that freezes gauge readings so that highly accurate breathing measurements can be obtained. The unit is housed in a handsome, hard-wood cabinet (18 x 12 x 5”) with flanged-edge for optional wall-mounting in your service department. Delivery begins in late December or by requested scheduled shipment. This compact test apparatus allows several very important regulator functions to be examined with highly accurate instrumentation. This tester can check the intermediate pressure, lockup, staging integrity, and initial inhalation/exhalation of any dive regulator without any major disassembly. First stage operation can be examined by merely attaching the BC hose to the tester. To connect the various types of BC hoses in existence to the coupler, three special adapters are provided. Instrumentation features a 4.0" diameter breathing effort gauge (2" scale) and a 4.5" intermediate pressure gauge (300 psi) protected by an over-pressure valve. Unit has unique fetures such as a "data lock system" to freeze critical breathing effort measurements on the gauge dial for easy-reading. Tester is housed in a handsome, hard-wood case with flange which can be wall-mounted or secured to any benchtop. An economical, yet professional-looking package for the dive shop repair center.
