
Northeast Scuba Supply, Inc. has moved to our
new store! The property is located at 539 North Trooper Road
just two miles from our old location. We wanted to share this
with you, as all of you have helped us in our efforts to become
the very best dive shop around. I'm sure you agree that this commitment
to this property should allow us to offer you our loyal customers
a facility second to none. This is a long-term commitment to offer
our customers the very best facility around. This is a very major
undertaking and we will make this move with as little interruptions
as possible. We are really excited over the prospect of sharing
this location with you folks.

This is the main
layout of the new complex. The complex is a 6.6 acre property
with three main buildings, pool facility, half acre pond and
large field in the rear. The new complex is located on Trooper
Road just 2 miles from our old location. |

This is the front
of the shop. This is the main office for both the compressor
shop and the Scuba Shop. The second floor is the retail space
area of the store. |

This is the main
Entrance to the new dive shop. The new store is 3700 square
feet. We will also have a large conference room on the main
building that will be available for seminars, classes, meetings
etc. |

This is our CEMENT
POND (AKA Pool) The pool is 23 by
50 feet and is 9 feet deep. We will be enclosing this in the
fall, although we will add a heater to it right away the pool
is concrete cement and has the top part tiled.

On the side of the
pool is our volleyball court.
The volleyball court is setup with drains so you do not need
to worry about getting yourself too muddy.

This is a picture of
the pond from the roadway. The
pond is a half-acre in size and is loaded with fish. There
is even a resident heron that lives on the pond along with
big turtles.

There are a total of five small waterfalls feeding the pond.

Other Buildings on the complex

This is the new home
of the compressor shop we will
be adding on to it as soon as we take possession of the property.
The building to the left of the shop is an 1100 square feet
building that we will be renting out. Any of you divers want
to move in? It would make the commute to the dive shop much
easier :-)

This is the main
commercial building on the property right. It is a two-story
building with 25-foot ceilings on the second floor. It is
currently leased.
