Gell Cell Mouthpiece      Invented by Mauna Kea Divers on the island of Hawaii, this unique mouthpiece features space age materials and technology. Each bite tab is filled with a proprietary liquid silicone blend and is manufactured with a unique two part molding process. The bite tabs conform to individual bite characteristics dive after dive. This produces a custom feel and reduced jaw fatigue.
