Comfo-Bite Mouthpiece - Small Mouth Version       This is the Comfo-Bite Mouthpiece.  The mouthpiece has a bridge that sits against the inside of your upper teeth which in turn holds the regulator in place without having to bite down hard on the tabs.  This of course leads to less jaw fatigue.
